DREAM - Shanghai Service CenterServing Dream Satellite TV overseas subscribers since year 2001. Based in Shanghai, China.

Since Dream launched DTH services in Philippines back to year 2001, there were people subscribing to Dream's service in China, many of whom are satellite TV enthusiastic fans.

Gradually more and more overseas people working and living in China began to subscribe to Dream, since Dream was the only choice for international TV access in China. Demand of Chinese citizens exploring more TV channel options soared up.

Before year 2001, as a team of satellite TV geeks we had to help people now and then for different signal reception problems. After two years of spare time work we decided to built website to share the experiences.

By end of year 2002, direct communication between us and ComWorks, Dream's sole agent in Philippines eastablished. Dish signal reception and on site configuration supports are prompt. Since then we have worked professionally to serve subscribers in China, especially in Shanghai and nearby cities. In the last decade China has attracted the most overseas investment in Asia and Shanghai as a business hub has grown up to be a major international community in China.

We have an office in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech park to handle technical issues and technicians based in both Pudong and Puxi to deliver timely onsite system configuration and trouble shooting services if needed.

Many subscribers are mobile overseas people working and currently living in China. They constantly need experts on TV to make this daily routine goes well. We have English speaking technicians when required. Central service hotline is available in English, 24/7.
