| Performance Guarantee |
• We guarantee all of our installations to be free from defects for 12 months from the time of installation or we will replace/service installation materials for free.

One free removing service is offered in the 6 months guarantee period. Dream Satellite TV reserves the right to reschedule installations at any time due to unfavorable weather or other natural/unnatural phenomenon and does not constitute non-compliance of these terms.
• Terms are for new installations only. Service call and/or repair scheduling do not apply.

| Electronic Equipment Warranty |

| Dream Satellite TV offers customers with new Homecast Digital Satellite Receiver a 12-month warranty from date of installation. The warranty covers parts and labor. We exchange the customers failed equipment for a remanufactured replacement receiver. Dream Satellite TV offers customers with receivers that are beyond the 12-month warranty repair service. Charges will be decided by a physical check. Call on service will be charged if the problem is coursed by customer's improper usage of the equipment in the warranty period. Please read the manual and user's guide. Remote control in not included in the warranty term. |

| Program Availability Warranty |

| Dream Satellite TV guarantee the channel availability in the 12-month subscription. 4UTV and TBN are free when subscription expires. Reactivation can be accomplished in 48 hours when subscription is paid. Dream reserves the right to change subscription when channel availability is changed. |

| Installation Warranty |
| |
| We guarantee quality workmanship for all installations completed by Dream Satellite TV and provide a free 6 - month limited warranty that covers any defects/flaws related to installation and installation materials used. Our extended warranties cover labor and materials required to replace damaged, nonworking installation materials (cable, mounting equipment) caused by natural events outside the consumers control. |
