 Dish size? Facing which direction? |
| In most of the places over China, a 0.55m Ku band dish will be big enough to receive Dream's digital broacasting. Check the signal coverage section for more footprint and dish sizes information. |

| How soon can you delivery? How do I pay? How long it takes normally? |
| A: We normaly could do dish installation the next day you order, in downtown Shanghai. It takes one day for the new unit activiation. Dish installation and cabling work take around 1.5 hours. |

| I'm NOT located in Shanghai, what to do? |
| A: If you don't think you can set up the dish for signal receiption, we can help finding a local technician to help you do the job, with some extra costs to the dish technician directly upon finishing the installation. |

| I have a dish, and a copy box, what do I do? Can I use the dish? |
| A: Buy a new legitimate subscription box and connect it to the dish signal cable, then it works. If you are not in Shanghai when we send you the box, probably you have to change the LNB Type to match your dish LNB, or Homecast default LNB is 9750/10600. You can try 11300 if it doesn't work. It's on the menual book page 16. Please note the dish quality warranty is not included since it was not offered by us. |

| Can I add more or select channels? |
| A: No, it's a simple package with all the channels listed. |

| How many TV can I connect? |
| A: One box one TV. Homecast box has two pairs of AV output, you can connect the second pair to another TV, it shows you excatly the same channel, and you have to do channel switch via the box, not TV. However, there's a device called AV Transmitor, which transfers box AV directly to another TV. Check more under "Multiple Room Solutions" |

| Do you have satellite Internet? Does the box need to be connected to Internet? |
| A: No. & No. |

| Do you change lineup often? |
| A: Not excatly, check the channel lineup changes record under "TV Channels" . The channel changes are normaly to all satellite TV providers. Rebroadcast contract with each channel provider is signed annually. Dream used to add more channels from 2002 to year 2009 each year. There was a major change in year 2009, because of the anti-piracy upgrading. HBO and Cinemax are not coming back yet since then. |

| Do you have plans less than one year? |
| A: No. New unit comes with a fixed one year subscription contract. Next year monthly renewal plans are available. |

| I have a copy box, can I just buy a real card? |
| A: No. The legitimate subscription plan is that box and card paired up as one unit. |
| |
| What's the difference between pirated and official boxes. |
Satellite piracy is stealing the encoded broadcasting signal. There's no channel availability warranty for the pirated boxes. June and August 2009 anti-piracy upgrading blocked all the piracy access to Dream broadcasting. Currently the most seen pirated system are 134E' CBTV box connected to both dish and internet router. There's no any piracy to Dream system now. |
