Software Upgrade:
To check the software version of the IRD go to “ Menu ” then to “ Software Information ” New S/W version should be 5.XX series and Nagra S/W version should be CAK6_ D2D3 1.3.1 -1.0.0. If your current S/W is different than this please contact us for mechanics of PC serial software upgrade.

Card Replacement:
Please return your current access card for free new Nagra3 card replacement. Make sure your subscription is still valid before you apply for the new card.

Reinstallation/Resetting Procedure - SNA 4400
01. On your Remote Control, select MENU 02. Go to INSTALLATION, enter Access Code, press OK 03. Go to FACTORY RESET, press OK 04. YOU HAVE TO DO THE FIRST INSTALLATION TO FIND CHANNELS, press OK 05. Under EQUIPMENT, go to NONE, press OK 06. Press SUB.T button (RED BUTTON) on your Remote Control 07. CHANNEL SEARCH, then it will start to SAVE CHANNELS, press OK 08. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE ALL SCANNED CHANNEL INFO, press OK 09. Confirmation, "SAVED" will appear, press OK 10. Will go back to Channel Search Screen, press EXIT, will go to Channel 1 11. ADJUST VOLUME 12. End of procedure.
Channel Search: Using the remote control of IRD, do the Channel Search and Save the Channels.   a. Press the RED button to start the AUTOMATIC SEARCH. b. After the Channel Search, the list of channels will be shown. c. Press OK to save the Searched Channels.   d. Test by viewing and changing programs / channels.
