Installation in Other Cities of China

First please check out signal coverage map to make sure that in your city, we have a signal coverage.

If it’s cities close to Shanghai, for example: Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Nantong, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shangxing, Yiwu, Cixi, Jiaxing, Nanjing, Yangzhou…we can go there by train. Extra train tickets cost will be charged. No other extra changes.

In Beijing, we have dish technician so we offer exactly the same as what we have to offer in Shanghai.

We regularly have inquires from cities like Qingdao, Xiamen, Yantai, Dalian, Shenyang, Tianjing, Qinhuangdao, Hefei, Wuhan, Shijiazhuang…In these cities, yes, we do have signal coverage from satellite but we do not have our own dish technician based in these cities.

However, we do used some local dish guys in the cities and we keep a routine contacts with them for possible services for customers moving there.

For a new customer from these cities, the best deal I can think of for now is that you can buy a receiver unit with one year subscription included from us and ask a local dish guy to set up the dish for you at an extra cost.

The receiver boxes, we have two options,

1.
The current official receiver KAON
RMB3,250,

2.
Second hand homecast box,
RMB2,500

In terms of the difference of the second hand box, please check here:

Personally I think the second hand Homecast box deal is good.

The price is shipment included.

In terms of Qingdao installation, I can try to find a local dish guy for you to install the dish. Here in Shanghai RMB300-450 it’s possible to find a dish guy to provide both the dish antenna and installation plus cabling.

In terms of after sales services, there are two aspects.

1. remote assistance, check here, the only thing which is possibly done remotely is unit reactivation.

2.
dish signal problems. This is all about how well the dish is installed, in most of the cased it’s not that complicated to make an installation good. If you see a “lost satellite signal” error message, you have to ask the local dish guy to fix the dish antenna signal problem.

Also please check Trouble Shooting for all the possible problems so you understand how it works better. let me know if you have other questions.
